Maybe someone else is using a similar method, but for the most part, many of the meditation techniques you encounter will require a level of quiet. Well, this is not one of them. How do you tell the difference or even begin to question what you are hearing is,...well...worth listening to? I am sorry to disappoint you, but nine times out of ten it is most likely not.
