Carousel Visual Training
This method increases the rate at which the mind processes visual information.
Not to be confused with monarch brainwashing techniques. Basically we’ll create a series of images in the mind.
But for beginners we’ll use images that are already in existence.
Step#1
Pick out three pictures of objects from any source.
Make sure they are easy enough to visualize without directly viewing them.
Step#2
Now while looking away you re-create the first image in your mind.
You may also want to give it depth and try to sense the space around the object, but this is not necessary.
Recreate as much detail as you can along with the original colors.
Step#3
Do this for the other two pictures. Take your time.
Depending on your skill this could take a minute or a few hours.
Now that you have recreated them images. Make sure you can create them at will while not looking a them. Try to recall all three, one at a time.
Step#4
In the sequence they were re-created in your mind, bring up one at a time in your memory with the detail you created.
Visualize each image about 20 seconds as you go through the three visualizations.
As time progresses you will want to cut those seconds down to 10, 5, or even half a second to create each visualization.
And you must trust yourself that they were accurate.
Step#5
Continue this for an hour or two every day, or every other day with different images each day.
What you are trying to do is work your visualization brain muscles so that you may later on be able to receive and send clearer telepathic information.
There is the potential to send auditory information telepathically, but I do not focus on that aspect of telepathy.
Also this visualization process will help initiate creation of dimensional holograms that can be used at higher levels of telepathy.
This is a basic method to prepare your mind to receive information from human and non-human sources,…distinguishing them is a whole other chapter.
